The Christmas Wonderland event is a magical event held in the Octagon Hall and along the Promenade. At this event you will find Christmas activities for all the family including Santas Grotto, animals, childrens rides and face painting. There will also be over 60 stalls selling many christmas items and presents for your loved ones.

Ian Anderson plays The Christmas Jethro Tull

Derby Cathedral plays host to rock legend and classical musician Ian Anderson, who will be performing a special Christmas Jethro Tull benefit concert. All proceeds will go towards the fabric and upkeep of Derby Cathedral.
This special evening will see Ian and his band perform tracks from Jethro Tull's extensive, trail-blazing back catalogue alongside a selection from the traditional festive repertoire. Expect the occasional surprise guest, unusual collaborations and a unique evening in the stunning surroundings of Derby Cathedral!
